What We Do

Elmbrook Management Company, the family-owned "parent company" of eight nursing homes and one assisted living center in southern Oklahoma , has provided a loving and nurturing home for elders in our community since 1986.

Each Elmbrook facility has a distinct charm all it's own. We recommend that you and your loved one visit as many of our well-equipped homes as possible to get a real feel for the one which best fits your needs.

While on-site, please take a moment to meet with our knowledgeable staff to discuss individual concerns. The more we know about you and your requirements, the better we can customize a care plan just for you.

Long-term Care

All Elmbrook nursing homes provide long-term, comprehensive medical, personal, and social services designed to meet the needs of chronically ill and disabled persons.

Services include: 24-hour licensed nursing care, hospice care, respite programs for full-time caregivers needing a few nights of guilt-free rest, wound care management, Alzheimer's/Dementia care, wound care assistance, pain management and others.

Pricing is varied depending on the needs of the resident. Payment may be made through private pay, private insurance, long-term care insurance or Medicare. Please speak to your home's administrator for pricing information and availability.

Skilled Nursing Program

Elmbrook's Skilled Nursing Program is perfect for those who have suffered a fall or illness, have had more than three days in a hospital and will need additional therapy and care to return home.

A full course of therapies are provided by skilled to staff to ensure the short-term resident is back at home as quickly as possible. All Elmbrook Homes have Skilled Nursing Units available for your review.
